God Watches

Under a watchful sky
A beautiful picturesque day
God looks down on us
Through the windows of the clouds
Smiling, that his children are listening
Living life in the now
And not waiting for the future
They’re making love to life
Kissing her sweetly in true appreciation
For all that she gives without wanting anything in return
Except for her children to be happy
A wayward breeze rustles through the leaves overhead
It’s the voice of God answering silent prayers
Of couples falling in love.
